Notice that a Final Fantasy remaster outsells a mainline Zelda

Whatever makes you feel better about Sony lmao

But Isnt FFX on 2 different platforms? so there is that

Edit: Notice LoZ OoT 3D (a remaster) outsold almost every Vita Game LTD in Japan? :P

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D - 600,839

I hear murmurs from Japan GAF saying Nintendo massively undershipped LOZ:ALBW as it was instantly sold out. Goes to show that retailers let themselves be influenced by the horrid sales of WWHD when ordering copies, or perhaps Nintendo themselves didn't have massive faith in the title.

FFX/X-2 for the Vita and Ps3 have also been sold out instantly. So both are experiencing stock issues.

According to Famitsus data in the OP you're wrong. The PS3 version is not sold out, albeit close to it.

Meh thats not too bad really. after all that just means Im at Ryuzaki's level and I have nothing wrong with that =P

Wow, that's a nice boost for Vita. Also, lol at FFX/X-2 outselling Lightning Returns. Maybe now Square Enix will finally give up on FFXIII.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D - 600,839 (2)

(1) PS3 + Vita install base < 3DS in Japan

(2) It just had much more time to sell

But I admit it was a bit premature : Zelda is out of stock in Japan, so the real batlle starts now.

You forgot the Vita TV sales. I think its about 7500+. So about 81k+ for Vita on Famitsu sales.

No, Famitsu includes Vita TV in its numbers.

PSV sold 70k, up from the 45k in the prior week, Vita TV sold 5600 versus 4700 the prior week

Also, Zelda and FFX/X-2 for Vita are the sold out games. FFX/X-2 for PS3 still has stock with a 60-80% sellthrough. Some shops could not have enough stock, but the situation is completly different from the Vita version and Zelda that are impossible to find.

Quoting myself from that old prediction thing i did a while back:

"I predict the following WiiU sales moving forward:

Week ending dec 8: 40 000 (real numbers ended up at 46000-48000)

Week ending dec 15: 65 000 (real numbers ended up at 70000-75000)

Week ending dec 22: 90 000 (real numbers ended up between 110 000-120 000)

Week ending dec 29: 60 000 (real numbers ended up around 75 000-80 000)

Week ending jan 05: 80 000

Reason why WiiU sales are lower the week ending dec 29 is simply shops closing and the holidays kicking in. Nothing short of Mario Kart 8 releasing that week could have changed these numbers substantially.

Japanese children will spend their giftmoney by week ending jan 05, so sales will be up then if WiiU is decently popular in that market segment. Right now its trending to be very close to 100 000 and may just be slightly over. We'll see.

Again, that is not your original prediction. Don't know if you replied to me last time when I linked you to your prediction but the week ending dec 22 was definitely a lot higher.

If I remember correct he had put some of the weeks together because of him misreading it when he saw the numbers for previous years. So he split them up, adding a bit to them as well (once again, if I'm not mistaken). Not sure if you answered to it though.

Wat. I don't understand lol

Lol, it's been awhile since I saw it so my memory ain't quite clear of it, but I think he thought that the numbers of january 05 was part of the december 29 number, and therefore it inflated his guess. Which he later changed because someone informed him about it.
