Okay, since 7th gen's practically over, what's the worst game of the gen? 

Don't include obvious choices like Sonic 06 though.

Borderlands! God I hated that game so much! I actually thought the game was good before buying it! I even bought 1 and 2 but damn... they suck really bad when I played them

The Last of Us: I didn't like the grass physics

Xblades, apart from Jiggles, everything else was shit and I felt like this game was trying to not be a shitty game

Fat Slob needs to be banned

SOCOM 4. Just a miserable failure on so many levels.

SP - SOCOM of old was a slow paced squad shooter based on stealth. There were awesome and unique missions based on realist scenarios. Sneak into an enemy base, extract hostages. SOCOM 4 is a complete dudebro rebranding. No stealth, generic squad based support/bullet fodder gameplay, shitty mission objectives.

MP - The most uninspired and generic map designs ever seen, couple with mind numbingly terrible game modes and shitty graphics/sound. Basically they decided that everything people loved about the series and everything that made people buy enough of the past games to warrant a SOCOM 4, should be shelved for a CoD wannabe. Oh, and IIRC the day after release the PS hack happened and the online play was gone for those few weeks, it was like God was warning us not to play this POS.

Considering it was my all time favorite online franchise thanks mostly to SOCOM and SOCOM II, that was my worst game of 7th gen. It literally was terrible in every single way.

I don't know to be honest, there's not really one huge standout.

Absolute worst? Hmm, not sure. There were a few titles I was severely disappointed with, such as Aliens Colonial Marines and AvP... gosh... why can't they make an awesome Aliens game nowadays.
