I'm only using Google Translate but it says that PS4 is over 100k and close to last year's WiiU number of 118k (31st Dec).
Xbox One is about half of that.
Still rather vague if you ask me.

100k for PS4 is less than two weeks... half of PS4 for Xbone is three weeks... 118 for Wii U first month (Dec 31st).

The article is pretty clear... no room for mistakes.
