Honestly, 1.8m in 11 months? With 5 weeks left and a estimate (a generous one) of 1M left for this holidays, that's not even 3M in the first full year in the makert. Is this the worst one for a main homeconsole in its first year?

I know Virtual Boy and all that, but I'm talking about main consoles. Do Dreamcast had in its first year this disastrous numbers?

don't worry, wii u will be the best selling home console of 2014. plenty of threads on here stating that as fact, surely it will happen.dc did better. ps3 sold 7 million in 2007. wii u won't come close to that.

I love how people say 2014 will be the year of the comeback. How can you ignore increased competition and games for the PS4 and Xb1?

I don't think so. MK-SSB better release soon and near form each other to try to make a bigger bump, but not sure it will do good.

But all those are from other minor companies, isn't it? I mean, Atari was big, just as Sega, Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft. But what other companies or home consoles? CD-i?
