Easy question Right handed = left brain dominance.  (yup I am right handed and my left brain side is dominant. As I expected 63% vs 37)

Also note that not every brain is the same. Lets say in theory you are left handed and lose your left half of the brain for whatever reason  and lets pretend brain transplantation would work then you can not get a right handed persons left brain side because its mirrored to yours. Makes no sense because my right hand is holding my mouse  so of course I use my left hand...

and
2) The eye that stays open when you wink naturally.

I"m left handed and my right eye stays open. I'm right hemisphere dominate.
