"It's possible that the PS4 version looked somewhat sharper, but that may have just been my imagination after confirming the hard resolution difference."

er..what?

its like hes trying to say there is a placebo effect by telling him the PS4 has a higher resolution

May be the guy don´t have a very large full HD TV, or he was playing to far away.

BF4 for Polygon have better framerate on PS4 and received same score...

Polygon being Polygon.

I noticed that some reviews of the PS4 version said that the frame rate drop was only in the campaign and mostly right before cut scenes. Polygon said that PS4 had frame rate drops in multiplayer. Is it possible that these reviewers might confuse server lag as a frame rate drop? I ask because in one review they mentioned that the frame rate drop for no aparant reason, well that sounds like server lag to me.

IGN says X1 version has a steady framerate:

"On the current-gen versions Ghosts looks nearly identical, though I did encounter occasional framerate issues during the single-player campaign on PS3 and PS4, whereas my time with the Xbox One version was stable throughout."

Is this your first time hearing of Polygon?

Here's a little something for you:

Polygon is an American video gaming website operated by Vox Media, which also publishes The Verge and SB Nation.

The history of Polygon can trace back to early 2011, when Christopher Grant, then the editor-in-chief of AOL gaming blog Joystiq, was approached by Vox CEO Jim Bankoff, himself a former AOL executive. Bankoff offered to focus on online journalism with the launch of a new gaming website. This offer was rejected; Grant, in an interview with Forbes, later commented, "We're just going to ride it out with whatever publisher we're with now until they go out of business, and then we'll flip burgers."[2] However, Vox would launch The Verge in November that year; it features a new and visually-attractive design[citation needed], and contains documentary-line review videos. These attributes, along with endorsements of sponsors like Microsoft and BMW, led Grant to reconsider Bankoff's offer.
