I know you are blinded by your love of Nintendo but doing 25k 3 weeks before launch is not something you see often and outselling by more than 5 time the version with 180k userbase while you sit at 0 owners doen't happen often also. Yes I know I am using silly logic, I should be in damage control mode for Nintendo but I'll let that to you and by the way thx for worrying about my mental state it's heart warming knowing someone somewhere cares :D

If the preorder was shipped then it is included.
But for example... preorders with the PS4 won't will be shipped until the console get ready too... so standalone preorders only are shipped (I guess I'm not sure if the stores are shipping).
But sales are from gamers going to stores buy it too.
1. A guy goes to store to buy PS360 version of CoD
2. He see the CoD for PS4
3. He already have a PS4 preorder... so he buy the game too.

the only reason why it's not often is because games don't usually release a little earlier than the console.
