I think that would be a smart move considering they only needed 6 months for the WW remake.

Remakes of former RARE games are probably not in the cards .. but what about Mario Party Remakes? Mario Party 1 is my favorite party game of all time. And ... Extreme G anyone? ;D

Edit: How could I forget about WaveRace?! Definitely would love a remake of that game.

Remade N64 games for 30 cents sounds like bullshit.
On DK 64, Nintendo would own that game, so they can do with it what they want.

What other 6 would I pick if this were real?
• Pokemon Snap - seems like a great Wii U fit.
• Ocarina of Time - already has a remake they can port.
• Majora's Mask - needs a re-release of some sort.
• Mario Kart 64-  would be a great game to accompany the new Mario Kart 8.
• Waverace 64 - would be an awesome well fitting racer.
• Dr. Mario 64 - just to have a puzzle game on the Gamepad.

The best bit was the hilarious scramble to get back on the lift at the bottom.

That shit was rage enducing. but was hilarious when you got on first and saw everyone else hitting the wall over and over as you slowly went up the lift.

Also that OST was simply amazing

yeah. mario 64 in 1080, awesome. i collected all stars about three times, this would be a title on my "need"-list.

Cant see this happening as it would take much more effort to make an N64 game HD than GCN games. They'd literally have to be made from the ground up grapically.

Zelda, Mario, Waverace, Starfox, 1080, FZero and Pilotwings all have the best in their respective series on N64 imo. Only Mario Kart has better entries elsewhere.

Wipeout 64. Since it seems they can't get third parties aboard, they'll try with first parties.
