Exhilarating. I haven't run across that kind of depth in science fiction since Philip K. Dick's Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? or Ursula K. Le Guin's The Left Hand of Darkness.

The overview went on to reveal the title as Halo: The Search for Spock Cortana.
