Yeah, you need only look at positive articles for the Vita to see that Internet reaction oft is not the same as mass market reaction.

I really dislike Colin.  Just not very insightuful on the industry, and pretty pompous to boot. 

he is so biased, i cant stand it. I dont care he thought vita would succeed, its the fact how he downplays Nintendo. Not once but several times over and over, ironically he was right but its 3DS instead of the Vita that succeeded!

It's not even the biased part so much that he's a total douche about it.  Like, Audrey is totally a Nintendo fangirl, but she didn't go around taking shots at the Vita in her articles even when the Vita was doing poorly.  You could appeal to your fanbase without alienating everyone else... and without making ridiculous predictions.
