OMG, sony actually made a smart software decision.

The idea is brilliant, not sold on the execution yet. People remember this isn't for the casual gamer, its for kids.

Considering SONY's marketing routes for Vita. This Makes no sense. This would be great for youngsters but SONY cut them out. This would great for female's but they were cut out too. There is no community for this on Vita.

So this is how to combat Pokemon.

With that said, going on an adventure sounds interesting...hope they build on that instead of the playing dress up part.

People don't want Indie games, don't want PS3 franchises, don't want straight PS3 ports, don't want PSP games, don't want PS1 games, don't want PSMobile games, don't want AR games, don't want family friendly games and soon forget about the Vita exclusives ... Why?
