Pokémon Developer Game Freak Teases A New Collaboration Game

Pokémon developers Game Freak have teased a brand new collaboration game on their official website, which appears to show a radiant silhouette of some sort of creature, followed by the words “coming soon”.  

While the shiny silhouette may be blocking some text in the middle, when you put the available words together, it reads as 「世界中で遊ばれているあの定番ゲームが驚きのコラボで生まれ変わる！」 which roughly translates to: “That popular game that is played around the world, will be reborn in a surprising collaboration!”   While the silhouette appears to be that of some sort of creature, it has yet to be revealed whether it’s a Pokémon, or something completely different, possibly from the collaborative partner.

Guys, I wouldn't get your hopes up. It sounds like a spinoff, hardly a MMO style game or full fledged console Pokemon that we ask for.

This strikes me as the Tepig outline with a bigger head.

I'm excited.

I agree with Sales and a Poké MMO would be the worst thing to happen the series.

I hope you are serious about your first sentence as that would mean you are the only other person to see the truth about how a Pokemon MMO would be horrible. If you are indeed serious about that, I applaud you.

It doesn't have to be either one for it to be good, though.  Haha.  I actually doubt it's either of those two but I'm still excited to see what it is.  Honestly, I don't know why people are expecting an MMO or console pokemon.  Game Freak has said before that they weren't going to.
