I don't even know if Kinect has anything to do with it but MS pretty much abandoned creating any new IP after its advent. 360's early life cycled exclusives kicked ass and had something for everyone. I will always remember the 360 as the console that allowed me to play Lost Odyssey.

People buy whole libraries, not time sensitive ones or even exclusive ones.


I see it more as a presentation of how little MS supports/is supporting the 360 with full blown exclusives (though the list was no doubt made by a Sony fandoy - pretty sure I saw it on reddit a few months ago).

I'd say it's a pretty big deal, and likley why the PS3 has been outselling the 360 globally for so long now.

Yeah but why are you starting from 2010? If you wanna compare them fairly, then compare them from 2006 or 07. That would give a much better picture since we all know the PS3 had very little in those years.
All this tells us is the PS3 had much more exclusives in the last 3 years but everybody already knows that.

I always find it funny how "selling more" can have different meanings... For PS3 finally selling more than xbox360, it's the best console finally taking over. For Wii and/or Wii Sports, it's because it's cheap or casual friendly. This is exactly the same since Sega versus Nintendo era.

Anyways... so many people is here asking from previous years (2006-2009), seems like some of you guys forget in those years Ps3 also got some wonderful games, games like Valkyries Chronicles, Infamous, Little Big Planet, Demon's Souls, Metal Gear Solid 4, etc, etc...
