The cross-examination portion of this case is a defense attorneys dream. LOL...They flopped hard by letting Zimmermans best friend speak. LOL The uselessness that came out of that guys mouth.

Cracker isn't a racist term, its another word for a slave owner with a whip or cowman with a whip (which there are still many "Crackers" from Florida to Mexico). Crack as in crack of the whip, not saltine cracker. I guess some never let slavery go. Ignorance is ignorance, but cracker isn't a racist term. If anything everytime a black person says it historically it demeans them. Its like saying "oppressor" or " Everyone run the cracker is coming!"

"Stalked?" We have already established that GZ lived in that community and TM did not. We've already established that the community had been experiencing a large number of break-ins and thefts. It is not a crime to ask someone what their business is in your neighborhood or even follow them as they walk on PRIVATE property. GZ lives in a 'gated' or 'planned' community and the sidewalks and roads within those are PRIVATE property. The folks who live theri have the right to 'patrol' and even ask people who do not live there or are loitering to leave. I don't care if GZ said "Hey punk get outta my neighborhood!" TM was an interloper on the private property of the residents of that community and was therefore wrong for puttig his hands on GZ.

GZ has already explained that he inquired why the young man was there and we now know TM thought he was a crazy a$$ cracker. And unless you or anyone else can provide eye witness testimony to dispute GZs accunt (which jives with the facts so far AND the 911 call transcripts) then he is not guilty. SO rest easy because he will get what he deserves... an acquital.

Etymology can't be used to justify whether a term is racist or not. That's a kind of genetic fallacy. There are very few terms, if at all, created to mean offense. Otherwise I could just say nigger simply means black-colored instead of anything offensive since that's what the original latin term means.

Everybody knows where the word came from. The white community dont like to be called that word. Some dont take offense to that word for this very reason but still dont like being called that word.

Dude thats like some white people trying to say they should be able to say N___ because black people call each other N___. It is very much a racist term as it is meant as a pejorative and has a definite negative conotation attached to it. It is meant to demean the Caucasian it is directed towards. You do know when black people says Nigga, they are demeaning themselves right? Its ignorance. He even called Zimmerman a "Nigga", which means "guy" interchangably if you paid attention to the testimony. 

Most African Americans don't even know the reason why they say cracker, they just say it, but they aren't doing their ancestors any favors.

I understand black people say it to white people (im not deaf), but again I dont think they realize they are technically saying "oppressor" when they say cracker. Not all caucasians are crackers. Go to central florida and if you call some cowmen crackers they'll say "yes, yes, I am" with pride because their families had been crackers for generations. As I said, I don't even think black people who use the term why they call white people crackers. Im not defending them, no...I am just saying its ignorance...its equally as stupid as accepting the term "nigga" as a alternative way of saying guy. Trayvon called Zimmerman a "Nigga". Is he racist for calling him a "Nigga"? Its just ignorant talking really, think about it.
