Dude thats like some white people trying to say they should be able to say N___ because black people call each other N___. It is very much a racist term as it is meant as a pejorative and has a definite negative conotation attached to it. It is meant to demean the Caucasian it is directed towards. I understand black people say it to white people (im not deaf), but again I dont think they realize they are technically saying "oppressor" when they say cracker. Not all caucasians are crackers. Go to central florida and if you call some cowmen crackers they'll say "yes, yes, I am" with pride because their families had been crackers for generations. As I said, I don't even think black people who use the term why they call white people crackers. Im not defending them, no...I am just saying its ignorance...its equally as stupid as accepting the term "nigga" as a alternative way of saying guy. Trayvon called Zimmerman a "Nigga". Is he racist for calling him a "Nigga"? Its just ignorant talking really, think about it.
