Not a chance.

I'm going to say yes,

Then I could flee and start a rebellion and topple the government with the money I earned, because they were so messed up to offer that in the first place. The person I'd kill would then become a matyr

but actually doing it might be more difficult than in my mind.

I'd kill a member of the government. Can I do that and still get the $25 million?

Is that member of the government innocent and is he the one they want killed? If so, you can.

From my perspective, an "innocent" member of the government kind of an oxymoron considering the vast amount of harm everyone one of them causes directly and indirectly.  Is kind of like if I said a person was a harmless serial killer ... sort of a contradiction in terms.

My answer is no btw. My self-esteem and sense of integrity are priceless. I could do a lot of things with 25 million, but I am getting by just fine on my own.

Besides ... if the government is paying me the 25 million it is all money that has been taken by force from tax payers so not only would I be a murderer, I would also be accepting a very large amount of stolen wealth at the same time.

No

I don't think I have it in me. Even if I agreed, and had my gun pointed at the man/woman, I don't think I could do it.

No. I don't care if its 100 billion $ lol

What if you killed the innocent person and invested that money to save more countless lives?

i was going to say no. but this is the right answer in my book. using the 25 million to invest in saving lives is alot more then that one person could probably accomplish.

At that point, though, it becomes a case of valuing a person's place in society.

For instance, would you call this justified if the prize was $10 million?
