Dat moment, when you buy a game from a console's marketplace and they charge you tax meanwhile steam doesn't.

Well, Lord Gaben makes me pay tax on my Steam games. Don't pray too hard.

Does Canada work like the US, where things are advertised for the base price without mentioning the taxes?

Here in Spain price always must include the corresponding tax. Advertising something like "59.99 plus taxes" is not allowed, and that also applies to Steam, or any other digital marketplace.

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

@vivster: How's you search for that dual monitor arm?

Looking at other things I've found one that could work for you, the Silverstone ARM24BS. It can hold 2 24"(8Kg) monitors, has a good base and it's not very expensive.

Yeaa! There is base price but the taxes come on the payment screen

 That sucks.

Those are the kind of surprises that I certainly don't like.

Oh my god. They screwed up the game engine, Void engine has pieces of both id tech 5 & 6 then rewrite more like or for about 90% of its code.

I heard people saying it's rendering DX11....

^They made a frankenstein-engine and now it doesn't behave as they thought. What a surprise.

And here's an interesting piece of news and a rumor:

Rumor: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti with 10GB memory

http://videocardz.com/64303/rumor-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1080-ti-with-10gb-memory

As you might remember, I’ve been saying that 10GB high-end graphics card would be the best option for NVIDIA right now. As it would not affect TITAN X Pascal sales (which has 12GB of RAM), plus it would be an interesting upgrade over GTX 1080 with 8GB.

It is no secret that GTX 1080 Ti, of whatever the name of this card is, would use GP102 GPU. NVIDIA has the option to use the same GPU variant on GTX 1080 Ti as on TITAN X, or castrate some parts to deliver more affordable option. If NVIDIA engineers were to choose 10GB for 1080 Ti, it would probably require 320-bit memory bus, but that might not the be thing, as we discovered this shipping manifest just 2 days ago:

AMD is preparing a new game promotion, which includes Civilization 6. Here’s a banner for the new campaign:

I kinda gave up on it. I simulated it and  it turns out having the monitor on the right is more comfortable. Hopefully my next monitor will have both HDMI and DP so I can use it for both PC and console.

Sadly they still haven't engineered my dream monitor so I can buy it. Speaking of it, they still haven't released the Samsung 960 Pro either. Let me give you my money goddammit!
