Here in Spain price always must include the corresponding tax. Advertising something like "59.99 plus taxes" is not allowed, and that also applies to Steam, or any other digital marketplace.

Yeaa! There is base price but the taxes come on the payment screen

 That sucks.

Those are the kind of surprises that I certainly don't like.
