Seems like not everyone is having framerate issues... that's weird... maybe some guys are running in 720p without know or maybe old PS3 models (fat) have framerate issues.

But it seems the game suffers greatly from flickering as there is no AA. They really try to push the ps3 too hard, it would have been better on PS4 for sure.
Finally... installing.
First play in 1080p... I like the music and the scheme is like GT Academy 2012.
Fist is a training lap with some hints about how GT works... no FRAME RATE issues in 1080p even in cockpit view.
Now main menu...

It's rather lag, than framerate, framerate by itself is fine.
