I haven't read anywhere yet but if the used game features have changed for the worst, I won't be pleased!

Its like the 360 now , i think ... It changed for the better man!!!

In general, yes. For me, if these features have changed, (unlimited game sharing via cloud for 10 "family" members!) I'll be disappointed. Sad, but true. Eventually gamers would have caught on. 10 shared games is at least $300-400 saved and that would be possible in a year. If you had a full network of 10 especially so!

Don't get m wrong, I'm happy for the people who were going to miss out but what about me?

I share your disappointment.  I had a sharing deal set up with a mate of mine whereby I only pay for every second game and he pays for every other (similar taste in games).

Would have halved my gaming costs for the XboxONE over the generation.

From what I read on IGN, that's now out for both physical disc-based games and digital downloads. Surprised they got rid of it for digital content; I thought that was a potential selling point.

i think gamestop is one of the reasons. if you could share digital games but not physical, people would buy more digital but what would gamestop do? sure, they would try to sell playstations to people ...

why don't you have an option for people who really preferred the idea of microsoft with game sharing and so on?

Hahahaha! xD well fanboys are fanboys! :D

Names please.

OT: XBONE Pre-Order cancelled. Me want's DRM. No DRM = Developer lose money then he have baby then baby can't eat bacause developer has no money because xboners buy used games and developer don't get money from used games, if developer no has money, then baby developer will die from starvation because father developer has no money for food.

Huge win for the folks that raised up against this. Props to MS for doing the right thing, that shit takes balls.
LOL at all the folks that defended DRM, have some crow.
Gamers won.
OMG, unbelievable.

I feel sorry for DirtyP. :(

Gamers won.

I defended the policy because I don't like the idea of someone getting to purchase media property without paying the person who created the media.

However that was not the reason I was going to purchase the console so your post creates a false choice. I was going to purchase the console because I prefer ms consoles to Sony consoles.

Hopefully ms will eventually go fully digital and the olds discs can disappear from the main stream.

I loved a lot of features they announced and think this is a backwards step they were forced to take thanks to the botched way in which they announced the policies which was over complicated by people talking without knowing the policies for sure. I think we are celebrating the halt of progress, I'm hoping Microsoft may allow the features in future with a opt in policy on DRM. My day one console pure order just went up in value at least
