Remember how that one gundam game at launch was all the rave until it bombed? Yeah I kinda miss thoes times. Oh yeah smash my ps3/360/wii .com

Rubbish, any grandparent that play games is already cool in and of itself. The dreaded 'going to grandparents' place would instead turn to elation because grandpa would have all the LATEST and COOLEST games with his PS10 (the newly release FFXV).

I mean we could at least avoid this:

"I got you one of them game thingy, the shop assured me this was all the latest hot property: *produces a copy of Greg Norman Golf*"

This thread rapidly changed into "your vXIII story"

Speaking of which - at time of announcement, I was finishing middle school, and now - soon enrolling into university, have a precious girl in my life who I'm probably gonna end up marrying one of those years, traveled across northern and eastern Europe, and did a bunch of other life-changing stuff.

Finish it before I have kids. Or they'll be my slaves in grinding. I promise.

Ah, and the PS3! Oh, it's doing quite alright :D stuff was quite grim back then.

It wasn't until Metal Gear 4 came out that I could finally say my PS3 was actually worth a purchase. Prior to that the ONLY exclusive game I enjoyed was Uncharted. Meanwhile I bought a 360 for absolute awesome games like Lost Odyssey, Tale of Vesperia, Gears of War, Mass Effect and more. It was the 360's golden age and made me seriously wonder for a while why I bothered with the PS3. What a difference a few years makes.
