My first was the NES that we got when I was 7! haha. We also had an Atari 2600, but I don't remember playing that 'til later. Then when it was released we got a Gameboy (the old school fatty one!), later SNES/Genesis, etc. Ah the memories.

My first console for me was the Nintendo 64. I got it back in 1999 for Christmas when I was five years old. That day made me into the gamer I am today.

Woooo BASIC. Thats actually what I started programming in (very young mind you, so nothing big deal >_<.) Came standard on the Apple IIs. Then you had QBasic on the old Dos/Windows boxes. Good times...

The Astrocade let you program games in basic!

Seriously. That was a great system.

NES, which this reminds me I need to add the Atari 2600 to my list on my sig, my brother owned the Atari and I got one after I got an NES, Big Lots was selling them for next to nothing after the NES came out and my mom gave me one.
