Usually it would be something out of 1984, or more recently out of conspiracy theories, if of course you don't believe that there are such "agendas". Not only do I think people with the minimum of IQ do, in that they at least doubt, verify and inform themselves out of conventional media, but also the truth has catched up with us: since 2007 and before, the NSA has been aggregating all US citizens and some foreigners personnal and private informations on Internet.

This I knew way before about Facebook and Google for simple reason : OF COURSE the government would try to spy on citizens. But in a more practical way : when you become a major investor in a company, you have a right to access all of their information, even user databases for "transparency". Hence why some people working in the government or CIA/NSA have direct financial stakes in these companies.
But the remarkable thing is that Microsoft is, of course, the first company to have been included in the project, and this includes the NSA gathering email, photo, documents, online activities, video conferences, Voip etc...
So you can be sure that the next Kinect, which is the WORST/BEST surveillance device ever proposed to any citizens on earth, a camera right in the middle of your home that can scan people, their faces, their voices and record everything they might say or do while being in the living room.
But let's be honnest, people who are already planning on buying the Xbox One are the kind of people who are probably already okay with being monitored (I won't extrapole on the reasons why, but here is a poll of their reasons to buy Xbox One : http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=161784&page=1# )
As of now, Sony is not on the list but we'll see in the future, now that this has been uncovered, if they follow.
