For me personally it's Crackdown 3 if the developers were given a longer development time than Crackdown 2.

well, for most console gamers, a console exclusive is like an exclusive for them because they don't play on pc except maybe for some facebook games . but it's also on 360 and will probably also come to ps4 anytime.
