Let's be honest here.  Plenty of people are leaving because of the toxic community we are seeing.  Not just from Xbox or sony but from nintendo as well.  The lack of respect is beyond ridiculous and I highly doubt any of that is going to change until the trouble makers are removed.  There needs to be less chances with bans.  I see far too many times with users who has repeated bans just come back in a week and start shit all over again. And if it wasn't against the rules I could easily call out plenty of people who should be banned indefinitely.

Pezus is a good member so it will suck if the community loses one of the active good posters.
