Anyways Mother is a series that has always been highly anticipated for more entries, it's a series that (if I'm not mistaken) the creator said he (himself) would not make another one. Doesn't stop Nintendo from making it, but I'm just saying it's kind of like Final Fantasy VII's remake, it's been expected for a very long time and chances that hopes will be crushed are always high.

Yeah, you have to answer it. There's no curse on Mother. We literally have word from Satoru Iwata himself, President of the whole shebang at Nintendo, that we're getting Earthbound before the end of the year. What cause have you to doubt him aside from cynicism?

If hopes were crushed, it's because they were raised prematurely. People had no cause to get their hopes up, but did so anyway. Now that we have cause, you say we shouldn't get our hopes up. Shall we carry on only having hope when it is undeserved and being cynically skeptical in all other instances?
