I have to admit I love the hilarity they brought upon with the Neptunia franchise. I could have lived without the fanservice but who am I to argue with the fanbase. lol!
If one gamer did enjoy their games, I'd say they deserve to be published. That's my opinion, whether they're worlwide hated or gived bad press.

People actually like Hyper Demension Neptunia? :o
aside from the tongue-in-cheek humor , it was pretty bland, and filled with awkward moments.

Yeah. People have all sorts of tastes. The fighting is fine by me with the combos systems and positioning of characters and balance of abilities effect and cost. This generation of consoles has not witnessed an abundance of RPGs so any one that comes out I've looked into. My opinion the first HDN was average (5/10) and the second, MK2, was an improvement (7/10) and am curious as to HDN V. I will likely get Tales of Xillia first as more excited about it (and SMT IV!) but I love RPGs so will get around to it eventually.

Of course they do. It's sold well enough to get 2 sequels, both selling well enough in the US to get localized again.
As I and others have said, the 2nd and 3rd are much better than the first.
I think Ryuzaki is a big fan of the Neptunia games.
