Ok, about the used games thing, predicting how it will fall out.

"Update: In a post answering "top questions" about the Xbox One, the official Microsoft page notes the system "does not have to be always connected, but Xbox One does require a connection to the Internet." Additionally Microsoft notes that in the case of pre-owned software, the Xbox one is designed "to enable customers to trade in and resell games. We'll have more details to share later." The Q&A makes no mention of the fees confirmed by Microsoft to Wired.
Update 2: The Q&A post from Microsoft's official page appears to have been removed, we are investigating"
In the official Q&A they stated that you would be able to buy/sell used games (atleast for an hour or so). What if that somehow linked directly to the retailer and you'd buy digital content (since the discs are only used to install).
Basicly you 'sell'(unlink the game from your account), that transaction gives store credit.
For that credit you could get some money to use on buying a new game, the 'fee' for unlocking games = almost full price.
(a 10$ discount, what you get for trading your game)
MS gets a cut, retailer still gets a cut & developers get some money too. all digital used games
Fucked up baseless guess or do you think this is the way it will go?
