Ok thanks. Hopefully their is no fee to play a used game otherwise my gamefly service has to go since it will no longer be useful. 

Some reports did say "there will be a fee" etc. , that was also stated on the official FAQ, but is now removed.
I'm still confused as hell about it :S
edit: oh, the 'fee' was mentioned in the interview with wired, wasn't stated in the official FAQ(Q&A) thread @ MS. my bad.
