Did the PS4 version of Fairytail already came out?

Nope, its coming out along side the Switch version in June.

FF7R is struggling to finish above 400 pts

Really shows how the PS4 is practically dead in Japan when even COMGet, which until last year always had PS4 preorders leading in multiplat titles, is now trailing more and more.

It still is 90 days away. And I think its because PS4 is releasing a lot of games before we get closer to FairyTail. So FT is getting overshadowed by those games. 

I'm not just talking about Fairy Tail, but also Trials of Mana, where the PS4 version is trailing for a while now despite leading early on, and One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4, where the Switch version was leading the race throughout. The trend is there, and the PS4 is dying in Japan without a hefty pricecut.

Ah I see what you mean. And yeah it seems like that way to me. And I'm still shocked that we are still getting PS4 exclusive games from these 3rd party Japanese developers (Mainly those anime games). Like surely they are not too graphically powerful that the Switch can't handle. 

It's possible Sony bought exclusivity for those games before the Switch was out or it being clear it wouldn't flop like the Wii U did. I don't see a lot of those exclusives for Sony coming forward unless the Switch ain't powerful enough for their vision.
