Last day Spinoffs
Pokemon Rumble Blast-90
Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity-129
Super Mystery Dungeon-135
Pokken Tournament-70

Let's Go is comfortably ahead of last day numbers for recent spinoffs with 45 days to go but also way behind mainline titles in the same time frame. It seems as though it's being treated as a sort of middle ground between mainline and spinoff.

Yeah, I think Nintendo is going in with a higher minimum bar than Super Mystery Dungeon for Let's Go to clear.

Absolutely, I'm showing that it's doing much better than any spinoff while much worse than any mainline title so it's currently being treated as a sort of mainline+spinoff hybrid.

*sigh* It's the Battle Royale mode isn't it ?

Although, it's just nice seeing Super Mario Party doing the same exact +4 points everytime, lol.

It's the battle royale mode being very well made*. Can you accept a game you don't like can actually be good and avoid being toxic? Really tired of the COD hating trend.

The hate may be deserved in some people eyes

Well given what the franchise pulled not long ago - holding a remaster to ransom behind a special edition, not including the old DLC in that remaster and then selling said dlc later at a freaking markup - I would say the hate for the franchise as a whole is at this point very, very well warranted.

Sure, you can hate on the franchise. But Black Ops 4 is setting up to be a very good game with a lot of value. In my opinion, people are free to hate whatever they want as long as it's already been established that particular thing is deserving of hate. We are talking about a game that hasn't released yet ( but which got good feedback during the betas ), so what exactly is the point of hating on it? Simply because it has Call of Duty in the title? In my mind, that's a very narrow-minded thing to do. Say what you will, but most COD haters don't have an actual reason to hate other than the fact that COD is a best-selling franchise.

I'm not saying COD is perfect, it has flaws and its season pass methodology is questionable at best, and there are COD haters with genuinely good reasons to hate it, but I guarantee you the person who sighed at COD doing good in the chart didn't play any of the Black Ops 4 betas and has no idea about what BO4 is about.

Thank you for that! I looked for that info but with no success. Now, I don't know the points they ended up with, but both Ghosts and Black Ops 2 crossed 200K first week, but even though we see a 50 points difference here, they were withing 5k of each other at release( Ghosts = 200k, BOII = 205k ). Meaning either Ghosts picked up a lot of steam in the last couple of days or BO2 lost momentum ( or both ).

And then you have WWII, significantly lower than those two titles 10 days prior to release, but which still ended up with pretty good FW sales ( 167k ). This is pretty confusing so I'm not exactly sure where BO4 might end up anymore, but I think anywhere from 170k to 210k is a good guess. Here's hoping it crosses that sweet 200k mark.

Hopefully bo4 has a much better ratio then bo2. I'm feeling a big FW here

Have to agree here. I didn't mind having to get infinite warfare as the campaign was top class. I put up with the loot crates and they are actually a really fun part of the game. But i can't accept then selling separately the map pack from 10 years ago and upping the price from the €10 it was back then to €15.

The worst part about this is it's almost impossible to get a match with the map pack because 99% of the time somebody on the server doesn't have it meaning the whole lobby is forced to play only vanilla maps.

Greedy shower of bastards that couldn't just be satisfied with loot crates and bundling it with IW. I'M now on an Activision boycott and will only ever buy a game from them again if it's on sale.
