Is it expected to under perform majorly to the previous kirby? Not looking good so far

Kirby Mass Attack (2011) on DS had a pretty large decline from Squeak Squad/Super Star Ultra (2006/2008).

So it seems normal for a late life entry to do worse than early/mid-life entries.

Kirby will be a game that sells alot. Comg ratio will hardly matter. I bet itll do 200k fw

Nah first mass atk isnt a traditional kirby. Bad comparison. Its like the curse spin offs.

That said triple deluxe benifited with its extremely long legs (800k+ now). Looking at ryng chart, kirby had an abnormal showing for comg. Not many games do that kind of explosion from literally 20-40p and over 200 in under 2 weeks.

As of right now its safe to say itll do minimum 100k fw. Its any1 guess after that. But i dont think comg should fool every1 here. Of kirby finishes off lets say just 50p here for pre orders, its going to be close to if not over 200p in terms of sold fw im guessing

Is there really such a thing as "traditional" Kirby at this point? Here are the Kirby titles released from 2005-2015.

2005-Kirby Canvas Curse

2006-Kirby Squeak Squad

2008-Kirby Super Star Ultra

2010-Kirby's Epic Yarn

2011-Kirby Mass Attack

2011-Kirby Return to Dreamland

2014-Kirby Triple Deluxe

2015-Kirby Rainbow Curse

Honestly there are more non-traditional titles than there are traditional which means Kirby is about adding new ways to play.

Since when pre-orders have been important for Kirby? The latest entry declines? Tell that to Wii. lol

No one say pre orders are important for Kirby, though doesn't look good if a game so far the COMG performance.

Game will still sell very great though. Just i can't see it selling close to Triple Delux...

If it continues selling after June (what I suppose it will), it wouldn't be really a matter of points is on COMG!, and maybe could be benefited from the Yo-Kai release. What would be a bloodbath, anyways, is PazuDora.

Yes i think so. Kirby legs are almost always strong.

And pokemon and mario have more spin offs than mainline games. Nothing new bru.   :p

Yeah kirby is weird. Nobody pre orders it, they just buy it. Reminds me of 2d mario games (just buy it when ever you get the system lol)
