Honestly, I'm surprised at how well it's doing. When it was announced, I was expecting a sub 50k FW. Not sure who wants this.

Those don't have release dates in Japan, but I would expect both to be November titles.

ACAF would be fantastic for October, but I don't think it'll happen. Probably November as well.

Well it shows how The Wii U will have a better holiday compared to last year <--- which i think we only got SSBU and Captain Toad. While for the 3DS its only Pokemon.

Do you think it will have any effect on the Wii U ? It seems like the type of spin-off who does badly and has no meaning in existing, other than be a cheap game to make. Just like MH Diary or Yokai Watch Just Dance.

And yeah, the only 'big' holiday titles last year were Smash and Captain Toad, while we still have 4 relatively big titles left for this year, and they'll probably all launch in the holiday period (Nov-Dec), in addition to smaller stuff like Mario Tennis, Taiko Drum and the Lego games.

MH Diary for the 3DS was a remaster of a PSP game, which is why it didn't do all that great (honestly 55k was fairly decent). We've yet to see how YW Just Dance will do.

We'll just have to see. It could easily go either way.

Honestly, the series is also just not quite as popular as it was on PSP. There's been a lot more competition, so while it very solidly has the throne, it's just a few notches below Pokemon for now.
