I think WoW fans basically just chat with other WoW fans while playing WoW.

Playing countless hours of an MMO is torture to me. I'm glad 1.3 million people found something better to do.

are you sure they lost 1.3 million in three months and not the fiscal year? for some damn reason our amazing gaming journalists keep making that mistake when ever a company releases end of the FY numbers

As a WoW player this seems odd to me. This expansion has been generally positive, compared to the last one.

It's amazing WoW has lasted as long as it has. It's a great game (not my taste personally) but it's going on 10 years old....

im not sure... but im just basing it on the article... better than assuming they made a mistake...

Planetside 2, Guild Wars 2, Never Winter, and a ton of other F2P MMOs recently on the market that are AAA quality, nobody should be surprised at all.
