So in recent times it has been confirmed that PS+ will continue on to PS4. How exactly has yet to be explained (as far as I'm aware) I'm most likely wrong but I figure PS+ Will split into two packages.

One for PS3 owners (herein PS+3) and one for PS4 users (PS+4)

Buying one doesn't give you access to the other.

PS+3 will be exactly as it is right now, for PS3 related shenanigans 

PS+4 will be slightly different. 

EVERY PS4 Game released over Gaikai will have a  1Hour free trial for all PS+4 users. It may not be 1hour trial persay, it might be the first mission, first level as though you were playing the full game instead of a demo and if you want to continue you can buy.

PlayGo will be PS+4 exclusive (The ability to play a game whilst downloading it)

When PS3 games finally come to Gaikai or the PS3 is finally dead, you will get2-3 of them a month for free in the form of "classics"

well for now i really like the cloud game saves on my vita and ps3. so ps+ is worth it to me.

on ps4, i may wait a bit for ps+ no big reason to get it right away, i dont download games much at all on consoles so being able to play while downloading is no big thing for me.

Online multiplayer and voice chat must be free. PS Plus is too good to be real on PS4, maybe later, 1- 2 years after console launch.

at launch: Cloud storage, game discounts, streaming stuff.

After 6 months to a year, they will add the instant game collection which will feature PS4 and also PS3 games.

I'm guessing steaming and spectating will be on + while sharing, basic play, and cross chat will be free.  Eventually PS1-3 games will be in Gaikai and + members will get them.
