Why don't you change your underwear and clean them regularly? What are you doing to them that you have to flip them in the first place? I have literally never heard of this before.

Re-wearing underwear or socks is where i draw the line on cleanliness. Shirts and pants are fair game for as-needed reuse (except exercise shirts, since you can destroy those real quick that way), but never underwear.
