Is twisted Metal really deserving of that tier?

One thing that Otaku did was remove franchises that are currently on life support, or completely dead.

Yeah I wouldn't base the franchises on past glories but rather where they stand right now.

GoW should be moved up to A for now, back down if Ascension doesn't do that well.

LBP moved down to B.

I'm going to edit it up but how are you organizing these?  Are you basing them off of recent sales?
