Forums - Microsoft Discussion - IE on its way to >60% MarketShare Once Again

I used Firefox for a couple of years and started having problems when I upgraded to windows 7 64 bit from xp 32 bit. I reinstalled it but still kept having crashes and freeze-ups. Also hated how you had to jump through hoops just to get it to remember login info for different sites. Went to IE9 and have had very few issues and have just installed IE10 and immediately noticed how much faster sites loaded. Very impressed so far.
Oh, and posting a pro-MS topic on a sony site (yes, I consider this site to be majority Sony by far for the past couple of years now) will get all kinds of bashing.

IE10 does not support xp, so still using Firefox.
I used Chrome for a bit but it runs out of memory faster then Firefox. (just have 1gb ram in my laptop)

IE10 is only available on Windows 8.

I love Windows 8, is so fast and fluid, cant go back to W7 now.

I havent upgraded to W8 yet but I keep debating on it.

As far as IE10 does it allow you to put apps in the browser like Google Chrome?  That really is the only thing that keeps me from using IE9 as my default because IE9 is much more compatible with things than google chrome.  But I like having my gmail app in the top right corner displaying how much email i have.

I use favorites man... And in Windows 8 you have a Mail app that says the mails right in top of your screen and displays them.

I still use IE8.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Got a retro room? Post it here!

IE8 is terrible man.

IE9 is good.

IE10 is outstanding.

Ain't touchin' Windows 8 with a 10 foot pole. Therefore, no IE 10. I'll upgrade when Windows 9, maybe.

I used to use chrome, but it kept crashing on me. Too many flash issues, so now I'm back to mozilla. Don't think I could go back to IE just yet. They still have some catching up to do. I am however switching google to bing. The porn search is terrible on google. Just have to get out of the habbit of typing in google all the time.

Huh... So Microsoft is trying to make Bing more popular by building out the most important functionality of a search engine: finding porn. Those brilliant bastards.
