Forums - Gaming Discussion - Wii U version of Rayman Legends is indeed finished?..developers are angry too.

I feel bad for them. Not only was their overtime work in vain but they'll also have to endure a storm of angry letters from disappointed fans. I really hope the game does well in the end for their sake.

I'm certain the developers are protected from any direct line to the public. It's the poor souls on the lower end of the totem pole at Ubisoft's PR branch that'll have to face the public wrath.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

I feel bad for the developers, but Ubisoft needs to pay for this terrible decision. I hope the game makes enough to warrant a sequel, but no more than that.

Make it for the PS3 first the problem is the Wii U sales situation.

Actually no publisher wants to release a game just for Wii U or Vita.

What a ridiculous statement. It's not like they have a window of a year or two to sell the game. The earlier it's published, the more time it has for sale during the WiiUs lifetime.

It is hard not to believe in some of the Nintendo conspiracy theories when asinine actions like these are taken.

Game finished, but delayed to appease PS3/360 owners with proper timing. Yet when Wii or Wii U ports have failed, timing was neglected as an issue.

:/

Leatherhat on July 6th, 2012 3pm. Vita sales:"3 mil for COD 2 mil for AC. Maybe more. "  thehusbo on July 6th, 2012 5pm. Vita sales:"5 mil for COD 2.2 mil for AC."

Now I don't know how to feel.

Maybe I should only buy Nintendo games and ignore all of this nonsense...

Love and tolerate.

Sure don't support this game one wii U guys. Let 360 and ps3 sales walk all over it. Then see what happens to 3rd party once again on a Nintendo platform and watch what happens to the wii U. It's already not doing well. Keep digging the hole deeper. It was a business decision because the low sales of wii U, and late ports never do any good. Wii U next game cube confirmed!

Plus you can't be too mad at Ubisoft as they have already shown strong software support, much more than any 3rd party and maybe even Nintendo, for the WiiU.

So releasing two mediocre games (Assassin's Creed 3 and ZombiU) and a bunch of shovelware is support I should be grateful for? Not to mention that as publisher they've released more garbage than EA and Activision put together? And then this? There's ample reason to be mad at Ubisoft, they're an awful company.

Oh well....this stuff happens sometimes.
