I see the 3DS ending around the original GameBoy's numbers. So that'd be 120m. 3DS is doing way too good, and it's unlikely it's life will be cut short by a contender console like the equally good performing GBA was. Still, even if it's doing above DS numbers now, it's hard to see the 3DS keeping pace with it all generation long. DS's peak was too high for that, and it just kept going tremendously. So, 120m it is.
For Vita, I don't see it doing better than GamCube/XBox numbers. Games haven't saved it it seems, and it still does below Dreamcast numbers I believe. Given that the Dreamcast was terminated prematurely and the PSVita's likely won't, it's sales will end around 25m. Unless a miracle happens, or they keep it alive for three generations.
Any of the newly announced consoles won't have relevant sales.
