Questions: Would the brackets take place simultaneously? If so would there be more than one community?

Yes the communitys will be change every week! I'll post the numbers in the last hour or two so people can join in and wait! Its easy to see who wins at the end because i can see the scores right there! I'll add ya now! I just hope that your not as good as you are in KIU. Then it wont be fair for everyone lmao!
