Welcome to 2013.

I would like to use this opportunity to present with you a challenge to get in shape with me.

This thread will be here to record your progress through the next few months and challenge you to "dig deeper".

This thread will end up using pictures (neck down for selfconscious users), and vitals, so beware of that.

We will go over diet, exercises, muscle groups, workouts, and more.

Note that if I don't see a lot of participation , it's just going to be a bunch of pics of me, so I invite you all to work with me.

Just post the sexy pics!

Im going to take my first pic tonight. It is what will be known as my baseline. I just started going to the gym again last week so this is the perfect time to do it.

I plan to get back to my diet and workouts now. I was so happy last year, entered the summer with 4-pack (couldn't get the last 2 muscles to pop), but I spent almost the whole summer in Spain where I couldn't keep my diet and it went downhill from that point on. Ever since I came back I'm only doing a workout every once in a while. I have to think about taking the starting photos, cause I'm ashamed about just how fat I became :P But I'll post the success photos in 6 months :)

I'm not finished destroying my body with my holiday diet but this could be a very interesting thread for when I get back to normal life and to the gym.
