Welcome to 2013.

I would like to use this opportunity to present with you a challenge to get in shape with me.

This thread will be here to record your progress through the next few months and challenge you to "dig deeper".

 

This thread will end up using pictures (neck down for selfconscious users), and vitals, so beware of that.

We will go over diet, exercises, muscle groups, workouts, and more.

Note that if I don't see a lot of participation , it's just going to be a bunch of pics of me, so I invite you all to work with me.
