Your post really has nothing to do with the obvious. They are going to try and maximise their profits. As long as all 3 systems can hanlde the game they will be out for all 3 platforms. 

Its not that simple.

What good it would do staying restrict to a single platform?

I know. It would push sales of your favorite console brand.

1. It would take less time to develop or they could add more content since they'll have more time developing for 1 system.
2. They would be able to really push a console to its limits and really utilize its unique features.
3. It would push sales of that console and benefit both the manufacturer of that console and the publisher of the game. It's a win/win.

I can see it being announced for the 3DS considering how much that system has been dominating in Japan and its installed base by that time.

I think it kinda depends on the Sales , maybe will be on Wii-U maybe PS3-4 but i think no chance for it to be exclusive for 360-720, but anyways it maybe on all of them if square enix wants to.

I don't think so. The 3DS already has KH:3D and many owners of a PSP complained because they had to buy a 3DS for it. Also, it would be the first title of the main series (with a number in the title) to be released on a handheld console. I don't see it happen. And I don't WANT to see it hapen. I want to see KHIII in glorious HD, either on the PS3, the WiiU or the PS4 (and yes, I would buy a PS4 ONLY for this game, even if it would have no other interesting games for me^^)

That article is terrible. It'll likely hit PS4, it could hit WiiU as well. Or Vita, or 3DS. Who knows.
