Trine 2 is an indie game that looks and feels like an AAA game. The graphics are breathtaking.

The Wii U will be, like the Wii before, the number one console for Jump&Run-Fans so it is clear that Jump&Runs like Trine 2 has much higher sales on Wii U.

Oh so that must be the reason why Rayman Origins is doing much better on 360 and PS3. Great logic.

Around the Network

Hold on, I don't quite get what he's saying. What does he mean by "squeeze them onto older consoles properly"? Is he saying that consoles that can handle Halo 4 or The Last of Us can't deal with Trine 2 DLC?

The cheerleading this guy had done for the Wii U since day one makes this a little bit suspicious, to be honest. Not that Microsoft or Sony can't be difficult to deal with, though reports vary, but people have also complained about dealing with Nintendo in the past. If they've improved then that's good, but I'm going to take anything from the Trine developers with a grain of salt.

Rayman Origins is the only game in that genre.  There are quite a few of them that did well on the Wii.

A positive statement toward the Wii doesn't have to be interpreted as a negative one toward PS3 or 360.  Just saying.
