i've seen this already, but it goes to show some dev's don't just throw games together. the actualy create them from the ground up.

The Last of Us is something I want, so cool. If the title read "Jak 4 canned for next Uncharted", my response would be "Fuck you, ND!!"

As long as we get a jak 4 one day i'll be happy.

I hope they get back around to it on PS4

When Naughty Dog gets and idea for Jak & Daxter, that's when they should make the game. Pursuing what they are most interested in is definitely the best way to go.

I want Jak 4. They should just wait for the PS4 to do it now I guess.

They already moved away from the 'core' of J&D with the second game. It's not that 2 and 3 were worse because of that, but the games do show that the developers would have rather been making something else then a platformer.

You know, I think the chances of seeing these older PS2 IPs appear next gen are going to hinge on the sales of Sly 4.

So, really, buy Sly 4. It's kind of the same with Nintendo fans wanting 3rd party titles on Nintendo consoles--buy what is already there if you want more. The developers of Sly 4 were talking about wanting to see this kind of game return, they actually went to Sony with not just a pitch but a demo. If they're successful here, I could see them working on other properties.

Thank God in Heaven they choose TLOU over Jak. TLOU has everything i ever liked in a videogame and it's probably the closest i'll ever get to a perfect game. Jak is generic, dumb, half assed 'platformer' that puts a stain on a Naughty Dog name
