3rd party support is more than just multiplatform games. Ubisoft might not be porting Splinter Cell over, but they are making Rayman Legends for the console. Wii U may not get Tomb Raider, but it's getting Dragon Quest X. Don't forget Platinum. And so on.

Somebody buy Turkish this t-shirt.

The rEVOLution is not being televised

I don´t think it´s 'horrible', like the option in the poll, but at the same time I don´t know if 'everything will be alright', it´s too early, the system just launched.

Like always, we have to wait.

You forgot Bayonetta 2, Rayman, DQX, MH3 as exclusives... among others I'm not listing.

Also forgot that all those games you did list were well into development before WiiU dev kits hit the market as well as the fact that those games are not defined for any next-gen hardware yet.

I really think we need to wait for holidays to wrap up and be well into 2013. By E3 we'll be able to make a critical judgement on WiiU's 3rd party line-ups going forward.

Bayonetta, Rayman DQX are not multiplatforms. What about Dark Souls 2? DS1 came out after WiiU was revealed last year, and I'm sure many of these games have started development after devs heard WiiU was in development.

Your Thread Title is "3rd Party Support on WiiU, Does it Exist?". So you either need to change your title to only talk about multiplatform games, or change your OP to include all 3rd party support.

Transition times are fun, aren't they?

I'm not sure about that. By E3 we should have some PS3/360 games still coming and I don't know how many devs want to bother porting games to the Wii U and just want to get their games out where their fanbases are. Things should be more interesting when we see the introduction of the PS4/XB720, but I'm not expecting the third party lineup to be that bountiful for them (especially by the holidays next year, if one or both come out) at first, and we don't know how multiplat titles will work out with the Wii U and next gen consoles yet.

I wouldn't be surprised if things are slow in 2013, outside of already announced titles becasue devs are still working on PS3/360 games and there might not be much incentive to port those games over...

E3 will be big on PS4 and neXtBox along with WiiU and a few PS360 late titles. E3 will definitely answer the question.

Only looking at multiplats, makes no sense right now as very few of them would be on WiiU considering how late it is to the development cycle of these games.

Publishers/Devs make teams very early in design and it takes a lot to throw in a whole new console with an entirely new engine SDK as well as need for even a little consideration for the gamepad screen (buttons same but screen has to be considered).

Its simply way too early to have this discussion. Anyone expecting all these games on WiiU is completely dillusional and should be thankful it even got the multiplats it did. THough with those now being out and Ubisoft / EA at least having a little time with WiiU, its possible some of their games not yet announced for WiiU and coming out late 2013 could be ported over.
