Tempted to get it...........but again I want it for PC but just dont want to use Origin :(

I dont know, maybe I'll get it for PS3 but the DLCs being apart are a turnoff.

The PC version isn't without faults. I have occassional sound problems in addition to hiccups in frames (though it's usually rock solid 60fps+). However, load times are a non-issue on PC, so I feel for you PS3-only people that can't opt for the superior 360 version.

Joke?

Wait is he saying that it has the same issues as the original 360 version or is he saying it's WORSE than the 360 version??

The developers apperantly said they would make mass effect perform better on the ps3 than the 360 but it doesn't appear they did. The guy saying these things must have forgotten how bad it was on the 360... I can't see it being much worse. I remember the game suffering from terrible pop ins and glitches. I got my friend to buy it used not too long ago. Probablly a little over a year ago.

well the built in load times (elevators) are still not good haha.

But at other guy.

Mass Effect 1 doesn't have to use origin (neither does ME2). You can buy it on steam or boxed copy, or origin.
you can get bringing down the sky here for free. https://help.ea.com/article/mass-effect-bring-down-the-sky-dlc-redemption

You might have to buy pinnacle station on origin though. I'm not sure. I also have all the ME2 dlc without origin. They might have switched there system though. So I"m not sure.

Why would it be a joke? The 360 versions of both ME2 & 3 were superior. Being that this is a 4-year-old port, I willing to bet it's the worst of the three (X360/PS3/PC).

It must be a joke because the 360 version suffered terribly from pop ins and glitches.

does anybody know if the dlc for ME1 will be included in the Trilogy?

I wish they would put some effort in and release a fully updated trilogy for the WiiU.
Maybe when ps4 and 720 are around we'll get an HD remake.

Anyway if I see ME3 for sub $20 2nd hand before a decent trilogy release, I'll finish it and won't look back.

I will get this, but disappointed that they didn't care to do much for ME 1, when they can run ME 2 properly on PS3.

PS3 weaker than PS3 confirmed. Too bad.

Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.

Mass Effect has weak graphics and is loaded with glitches and other technical issues. Despite these problems, it's still my favourite game of this console generation and one of my favourite games of all time.
