Who would you choose?

Nintendo 68 32.08%

Microsoft 51 24.06%

Sony 91 42.92%

Total:210

Sony. Unlike Microsoft, who look for the $$$ in a game and mass appeal, Sony gives more creative freedom to devs. This year alone we've had Journey and Unfinished Swan. Microsoft? Gaylo. Same old, same old from good ol' Microsoft.

That's tough. I would really have to think about which kind of game I wanted to make.

If I went with a strategy RPG like Valkyria Chronicles or Final Fantasy Tactics then it would definitely be Sony. I feel like they're supportive of a lot more genres than either of the other two. Actually, though, Nintendo looks like they're trying to change that, now that I think about it.

If it was more like Fallout 3, a western RPG, then probably Microsoft. If it's mainstream enough, I think they'd support it big-time. Still, I think I'd be afraid that they'd try to 'dude-bro' it up, which would suck. Thinking about that, I'm not sure I'd go with Microsoft.

If I went into it not knowing exactly what kind of game it would be, then Sony. I'm a big fan of Worldwide Studios and I love the variety they bring to the Playstation brand.

Nintendo just in hope to ever see my IP being associated with Nintendo's already legendary lineup.

Plus to see my IP in smash bros.

Final Ultimate Legendary Earth Power Super Max Justice Future Miracle Dream Beautiful Galaxy Big Bang Little Bang Sunrise Starlight Infinite Fabulous Totally Final Wonderful Arrow...FIRE! - Wonder-Red (The Wonderful101)

Sony, cause I kinda already am.

Probably whichever would get e the most money, which would be Nintendo or Microsoft. As much as I love Sony, their fanbase isn't as big as the others.

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

Microsoft, more chance of a third party exclusive selling on the 360 and hence make a lot of money.

Nintendo, but under the assumption that I'm first party since it'd be stable income. If I'm 3rd party, I'd do it for all 3. It's all about the money, company preference or power means nothing if I'm a dev, it's all about how much I can make per project so I can keep my vision forward for the next one, then next one. I'd have to be good enough to make multi-million sellers of course.

Depends upon the genre. Racing and fighting games are typically more popular on the PS3. Sandbox games also seem to do very well along with soccer and JRPGs.
