Deluxe Wii U  $350

Total so far: $560 (before sales tax of 11%)

Now, I have also sold my PS3 for $250 and hopefully my Wii soon for at least $80 (two full controllers and WiiSports + Wii Play). That along with selling two PS3 games separately for a total of $50 and using a $25 giftcard I got from NewEgg on a phone deal means I will have actually only spent about $155. :)

However, I do still have more to buy as I need three more motionPlus wiimotes and eventually two more nunchuks, plus MOAR GAMES!

EDIT - Did sell Wii for $80. Also bought Skylanders Giants for kids for $50 off of ToysRUs (via Ebay).

I've said for multiple years... all new consoles by the end of 2013. WiiU Nov 2012. PS4 Holiday 2013. neXtBox strongly rumored 2013. All I need is neXtBox confirmation before my I was right all along thread.

I lost a bet to Jay520. He correctly predicted that neXtBox will not release within 2012. I should have known that Jay520 was an excellent predictor, I was foolish to bet against him. (June7)

This is why I never buy games at full price, and I never guy consoles at full price.

Just got Forza Horizon for $15 at the Microsoft Store, NFS: MW for $25, and FallOut: NV Ultimate Ed for $30. I paid $70 for my holiday games + tax, but I'm still looking for Halo deals. With the other games on my backburner, I'm set for a while.

When I do eventually get a Wii U, I plan to get the Deluxe version, and pick up a few games for $20-$40 a pop by then. Looking at Batman, Pikmin 3, and Black Ops 2 ATM.

However I refuse to buy a Wii U until I fnish all my Wii games. I've only beaten XenoBlade and the Last Story so far.



What is with all the hate?

I bet ethomaz that GT5 will not sell over 8.5 million by March 31st 2012, and 9.5 million by 2013. I WON!!!! GT5 fell short by 1.14 million and 0.81 million respectively.
